This Javascript/Node.js application is for development of pharmaceutical film coating processes.
It includes a MongoDB database and full login functionality.
I wanted to appeal my property taxes because I thought they were high, but I didn't know where I stood compared to my neighbors. Wouldn't it would be great if you could see the property taxes for all homes in your neighborhood? Webscraping to the rescue!
I started running 1 to 2 times a week in January of 2009 and have tracked almost every run using a running app. I was curious to see what the data looked like beyond the high level summary the running app provided.
This was the first in an on-going series of Halloween projects to track which of the 4 candies (carefully selected by my kids) was the most popular by trick-or-treaters Halloween night and provide instant feedback. I started these as a fun way to teach my son to code and build things together. My daughter was the art director and chief design consultant.
The second iteration of the Halloween project had to improve upon the previous year and this was accomplished by making it dispense the candy too. We also had to up the design for true Halloween scariness.
The third iteration of the Halloween project improved the dispensing, reduced the overall size, included the addition of LEDs and we got to play with Legos.
This project was an attempt to keep my plants watered by tracking the days since I last watered them. The button on the top left, when pressed, would record the date and time and how many days since last pressed it in a google spreadsheet then reset the timer and display.
I built a GUI application that downloads YouTube videos in the highest quality, removes all the ads, and saves them locally to a specified folder. Sure beats paying YouTube $20/month for this service.
This program extracts specific data from multiple pdf files, combines the data into a dataframe, and extracts the combined data in a spreadsheet.
This program emails a snapshot of a spreadsheet. The content of the spreadsheet can be from a Google form that is used to track information.
